What to ask when you call
Not sure what a good answer sounds like? See how to find a duck vet.
- Their site lists waterfowl as patients — ask whether Dr. Díaz is in on the day you need to come.
- Ask for the exam fee up front, and what bloodwork or X-rays add on top.
- Ask whether they are taking new avian patients.
- Ask where they send after-hours emergencies.
